Cancellation &
Refund Policy:

For ISDEHS e-payments, there will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before November 20, 2006. The full amount will be refunded.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days before the first day of the annual conference and for international bank transfer payments. Late requests for refunds due an emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or fax, to the conference
registrar. Please email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two days.
